Seminar on 4 July, ‘Key Points for Working with Indians and Successful Models @ Nagoya’
With serious shortages of manpower in Japan, there is a high demand for hiring Indians, but there is still a lack of knowledge about how to work with Indian people, what points to keep in mind, and what benefits can be gained from working together.
In this seminar, we will invite Takasago Electric, Inc., Ltd., which has successfully hired 30 foreign employees, including 4 fresh graduates from India, and achieved high performance, to share their case studies from recruitment to training.
