2月15日（木）愛知県主催 インドIT・デジタル分野の最新動向と人材活用セミナーに、丹治が登壇しました。
会場は満席で、インド人材やデジタル分野への関心の高さを感じました。参加者からは積極的かつ具体的な質問が多く、日本でインド人材を採用したいニーズがあることを確信しました。
深刻な日本の雇用不足を補い、両国にとってwin-winな形を作っていけるよう頑張りたいと思います。機会を頂きました愛知県庁様には御礼申し上げます。
【Keynote speech at a seminar organised by Aichi Prefecture on the latest trends in India’s IT and digital sectors and the use of human resources】
The venue was filled to capacity and I was keenly aware of the high level of interest in Indian human resources and the digital sector. There were also many active and specific questions, and I am sure that there is a need to recruit Indian personnel in Japan.
I would like to do my best to make up for the serious shortage of jobs in Japan and create a win-win situation for both countries. I would like to thank the Aichi Prefectural Government for the opportunity.
