2024年、新年早々嬉しいニュースです。
インドビジネス界隈では知らない人がいない重鎮、元シャープインド社長の磯貝富夫Tomio Isogaiさんが弊社のアドバイザーに就任されました。
磯貝さんは、37年間グローバルビジネスに携わり、世界60ヶ国を歴訪し、サウジアラビア、アメリカ、メキシコ、ドバイ(中東アフリカ担当)、インドの５ヵ国で勤務。定年退職後は拠点を西インド(プネ市)に置き、日印の将来の発展に貢献するグローバル・リーダー人材育成、日印の学術提携や人的交流、ビジネスマッチング促進、人材不足が深刻化している介護業界などにインドの人材を誘致するための仕組み作り、ヨーガとアーユルヴェーダの普及、日印の文化交流促進などでご活躍されています。
磯貝さんの持論とする「日本の将来はインドしかない！」というパッションと、私たちIndoboxのビジョン「日本とインドの融合により、新たな価値を生みだす」が共鳴し、連携する運びに至りました。
まだまだ日本では認知の低いインドですが啓蒙活動を広め、日本とインドのエコシステムの形成に向けて取り組んで行きます。

We at Indobox Inc. are pleased to announce good news at the beginning of the New Year. Mr Tomio Isogai, former CEO of Sharp India and a well-known expert in the Indian business sector, has been appointed as an advisor to Indobox Inc.
Mr Isogai has been involved in global business for 37 years, visiting 60 countries and working in five countries – Saudi Arabia, USA, Mexico, Dubai (in charge of the Middle East and Africa), and India. Since retirement, he has been based in Pune, West India, where he has been engaged in the development of global leaders who will contribute to the future development of India and Japan; promoting academic cooperation, personnel exchange, and business matching between India and Japan; creating mechanisms to attract Indian personnel to the nursing care industry, where there is a serious shortage of human resources; and promoting yoga and ayurveda, He is active in the promotion of cultural exchange between Japan and India.
We have been working with Mr. Isogai on a spot basis for some time, and his passion and belief that “The future of Japan is only in India!” and our vision of ” The fusion of Japan and India creates new value” resonated with each other and led to our collaboration.
India is still not well recognized in Japan, but we will spread awareness and work towards the building of an ecosystem between Japan and India.
